Our Story:
Who We Are
Repair & Replenish Retreat Missions, or simply: R & R for short, was founded by two best friends, Lucas Bennett and Jessica Reynolds, who share a deep passion for ministry, service, and walking alongside others in faith. Together, they work closely with you to customize mission trips and retreats that meet the unique needs of your group and community.

Based in the Greater Boston area, R & R is rooted locally but not limited geographically. We are happy to come to you or go wherever God is calling your group to serve.
Our mission is simple yet powerful: to repair and replenish. Through our mission trips, we serve communities in need by repairing not only homes, but hearts and spirits as well. We believe true service happens when we take time to be present building relationships, sharing stories, and offering Christ’s love through both action and compassion.

Whether it’s repairing homes, feeding the homeless, partnering with local organizations, serving in soup kitchens, or working with children, we are committed to creating meaningful opportunities for your group to make a real impact in the lives of others.
Volunteers who join our mission trips serve together in a specific location throughout the week, forming community as they work side by side. These shared experiences are designed to deepen faith, strengthen relationships, and draw participants closer to Christ through service.

In addition to mission trips, our retreat experiences are fully customizable. We will come to your parish, school, or organization to lead a Christ-centered retreat for any age group and for any length of time — from a few hours to a full weekend or longer.
At R & R, we believe that when we serve others, we are transformed ourselves — repaired, replenished, and renewed in Christ.
